Check this quick recipe that doesn't require ANY BAKING : "Peanut Butter Wanna be Cookies" gives you the taste and energy you need!
The only thing you need is some love for peanut butter! :)
Time of preparation: 4 mins
Serving amount: 10 " wanna be " peanut butter cookies
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoon of smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup of Oatmeal ( Quaker or any brand in the supermarket)
- Sprinkles of Vanilla
- Optional: cinnamon, cocoa powder, nuts and raisins.
- In a bowl , pour hot or boiled milk over the oatmeal. Stirr well.
- Add peanut butter to them. The heat will melt the peanut butter slightly .
- You will get a doughy like mix.
- With a tablespoon , take the mix and spread it like a cookie shape over your plate. Eat or serve when dry!
- Dont forget, you may sprinkle cinnamon or cocoa over and even add few nuts !

P.S: If you are lactose intolerant or vegan or just hate milk, you can use hot water instead of hot milk.
And If you want to bake it , make sure you add flour and margarine to the mix.
